Restaurant Reservation Policies
We do allow guests to bring in their own wines. There is a corkage fee of IDR 50,000 for wine, IDR 75,000 for champagne and sparkling wine and IDR 100,000 for hard liquor per bottle.
2. Special meal requests
Guests with food allergies should inform your server at the beginning of your meal, prior to ordering, or when making reservation by phone or e-mail.
For parties of eight people or more we do require a non refundable deposit of Rp.100’000 per person. This deposit will be credited to your final bill at the end of the dinner. For no show reservation deposit will not be refunded.
4. Late arrival or no show
Parties that are late for their reservation time are given twenty minutes before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status. Given the limited seating of the restaurants, thirty (30) minutes late with no contact will void your reservation and deposit will not be refunded. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and seating capacity of our restaurants. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.
5. Online bookings
Online Bookings are subject to availability and must be submitted as early as possible. We highly recommend booking your table at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Group bookings
For groups above 20 guests we highly recommend to select a set menu, this to avoid waiting for your order. If, however you decide to select your dishes individual from then please do allow our kitchen some additional time for preparation. You need to be a little patience and give our team a little more time to prepare your meal.
7. Cooking class bookings
For cooking classes we do require full payment with your reservation. This payment is non refundable for no show or if class is cancelled 72 hours before date of class.
