memorable events. Unfortunately too often we had to send

Cooking Class
Never in our wildest dreams we imagined, that our
cultural discovery classes would become so popular. Often
when we began this program, classes were conducted with
one, two or three participants. I am certain many of
you still remember
This of course had many advantages as participants
had a chance to prepare most dishes personally. These small
classes now progressed gradually in to a very
regular event, being hosted every Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday.
I am also very proud to tell you that by September 15
we will have a brand new kitchen for this great discovery
program. Integrated in our village development,
we will be able to conduct classes in an oversized Balinese
kitchen with up to 15 guests.
The Food of Bali
As most of you know, our basic restaurant concept is
based on a book which I wrote on the cuisine of Bali. The
recipes in this book set also the basics in our cooking
program. Over the years we have now revised and improved most
of this recipes. This recipes will soon be available
on CD-ROM.

VCD on The Food of Bali
Production on this first Video on Balinese Cuisine is now
in its final stage. Recipes are all revised and filming
is completed.
Puji my wife, and myself will present 12 of Bali’s
most important recipes. All recipes are filmed in 12 different
locations around Bali. This VCD will also contain all recipes
found in "The Food of Bali" If anyone is
interested in a minimum order of 1000 VCD, then we are able
at this stage to produce a costume edition for only
US$5.00 per CD. Should you be interested then please do
