Greetings from the heart of Tanjung, we the teams in Bumbu Bali, Restaurant & Cooking School, and Pasar Malam, Balinese Night Market hope that this note finds you well.

Please be advised that after two very busy weeks of renovation

Our team together with the help of very talented artisans has been hard at work to bring back a new spark to our island home. At the same time we reduced our seating capacity slightly which will give our dinners more space and with it a more enjoyable dinning experience.

With the reopening of Bumbu Bali we are now able to offer you two very special and unique dining experiences where we showcase and present the best Balinese food culture has to offer.

Bumbu Bali will as in the past emphasizes on the most popular dishes prepared in Balinese homes in a very romantic, homely environment. Where in Pasar Malam within Rumah Bali, located only meters away we tell and show case the story of food in Bali, concentrating more on dishes which are popular on the street and found in markets.

We would be delighted if sometimes in the near future we and our teams are able to welcome you back to Tanjung Benoa to sample and enjoy the delightful flavors of Bali, or even to experience the village markets as part of our cooking program.
